Had an amazing facial with Ella at the JLT branch. Opted for a hydra facial with Azulene Sebum Regulating Treatment as my skin has become oiler and had enlarged pores. Ella explained the procedure step by step in detail as well as Nave who was on reception. Their customer service was exceptional from the minute I walked in, thank you for being so kind & helpful. Left with a goodie bag with some selfcare bits like a headband, mini comb and cute bag. Thank you once again.

I went to this skin clinic as highly recommended by my friend. Initial consultation includes skin analysis with detailed explanation of treatment that would best suit my skin. They have different packages and solo treatments to choose from, but best to take one of the packages as there’s more savings if you need multiple treatments. My first treatment is aqua facial, and it’s a real proper facial as they also use manual tools to remove what facial machines couldn’t. Special mention to Kathlyn for patiently answering all my questions, and for the super thorough and relaxing treatment. Thanks to Nave as well for a welcoming customer service.
