I had quite a few muscle aches from working out, and the therapist did an excellent job releasing the tension and deeply relaxing my muscles, while keeping the massage very soothing and enjoyable. I left feeling completely relaxed and light in my body. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend. ✨
