EDITED: Had to delete the screenshots so review can be publised. FIRE the receptinionist! Therapists are good so far. I asked right before midnight if therapists are available she said yes and sent me pictures. As you can see in the screenshoots I asked if the therapist is there at 0:15 and receptionist confirmed with yes. When I was there no answer, closed. On the next day she wrote it closes at 0:00 already, but blamed it on me that I cheated with the time and that she waited. Taxi was late and I wrote in time at 0:13 that I am late. She could have answered if she really waited. Appointment was 0:15. She again lied that Therapist was also there. I said she wasn´t and Receptionist said she was, but I wrote the therapist and she said no. Receptionist lies, customer comes with Taxi, Receptionist keeps on lying, no apology, instead blaming her fault on customer, turns on disappearing messages and tells customer to next time contact therapist directly instead of reception where customer can choose Therapist. Very bad service for customer and the spa. Would fire her immediately!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with the experience. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but unfortunately, my visit was far from relaxing. The staff seemed inattentive and disorganized. My appointment started late, and the therapist seemed rushed and disengaged. The therapist is so rude and misbehaved. The room wasn’t as clean or calming as you’d expect from a spa — the towels didn’t seem fresh, and there was noise from outside, Overall, not worth the money, and I definitely won’t be returning. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service. Please Don’t waste your time and money at Comffyy Spa

Massage is good. Didn't had a good overall experience though. Massagists are not friendly, and we're rude to me. Also not complying to Pressure increment when I requested. Saying that they r tired and I should not book a 2 hr massage. It's totally unprofessional. Wont visit here again ever. Many better options available. Not worth spending those 2 hours with someone who is cold and not nice.

The massage strength of Comffyy Spa technician Mei is just right for me, and the service is done with a smile. I like the hot stone massage very much. I enjoy it so much. I will come again next time.
