Your visit
What to expect at Talise Ottoman Spa
Talise Ottoman Spa keeps the visit efficient. Front desk to changing room to treatment room takes about 10 minutes. The 60-minute treatment is structured around your stated focus areas. Post-treatment the therapist will note recommendations for at-home care, and you'll be on your way within 20 minutes of treatment end.
If it's your first Moroccan or Turkish hammam: don't shave the day of (the soap and exfoliation will sting on freshly shaved skin), hydrate aggressively in the hour before, and tell the therapist about pressure preference at the start. The kessa-glove exfoliation is intentionally vigorous — that's what makes it work, but should never feel painful. Speak up if it does, in any language; "lighter" works universally.

Location & access
Visiting Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina, Dubai is the address. Dubai Marina concentrates many of the city's best mid-to-luxury spas — tower hotels (Address Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, JW Marriott Marquis nearby), boutique day spas along The Walk and 24/7 home-service providers serving every tower. Tourist-friendly, English-first, often open until late. Talise Ottoman Spa sits within that context.
For Dubai Marina, Metro / tram + a 5-minute walk frequently beats driving. Most regulars use that route during peak hours. The venue itself sits at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, The Palm Jumeirah (25.0980°N, 55.1243°E).
Hours vary. Confirm same-day availability on WhatsApp. Weekend evenings and couples suites in Dubai typically need 2–3 days lead time; weekday daytime is mostly walk-in friendly.
Practical guide
How to visit Talise Ottoman Spa
A short walkthrough — what to prepare, what happens, what to do after.
Booking and check-in
Booking pattern at Talise Ottoman Spa follows the dubai norm: WhatsApp the team, confirmation within 5–15 minutes, arrive 10 minutes early. Treatment starts after a brief consultation on pressure, injuries and goals. Booking ahead is recommended; walk-in success is variable.
Preparation specific to hammam
Don't shave the day of — the soap and exfoliation sting on freshly shaved skin. Avoid heavy meals in the 90 minutes prior; the steam is unpleasant on a full stomach. Hydrate aggressively, especially in summer. Disposable underwear is provided; bring your own swim bottoms if you prefer.
Tipping and payment
On payment: cash, card and debit work at most venues here (check WhatsApp for Apple Pay or specific card types). Tipping convention is 10–15% in cash, handed to the therapist directly rather than left at reception.
After the treatment
What to do after: drink at least 500ml of water within 2 hours, eat light, skip intense exercise for 12 hours. Facial-specific: no new products tonight, SPF tomorrow. Hammam-specific: avoid sun for 24 hours.

It’s a tourist trap, Construction going on, clothes are hanged to dry like is middle of Mumbai in so called “Zen Area” None working showers, falsely advertising just a basic hot dry Suna as ( fancy herbal bath), calling a basic plastic plastered dirty shower an experience shower that is not working! Nothing . This place is worthless other than the nice entrance that I give one extra star for.. your normal hotel has a better facility! If that’s excite you read the remaining of my true experience today. Visited today to enjoy the Turkish bath. I thought this would be a 5-star smooth and relaxing experience, giving the price point witch I totally did not mind and thought it would be worth it! But I was disappointed to say the least. I booked and paid online, showed up at the front desk, checked in, signed the disclaimers, and asked the receptionist if they needed my credit card. He mentioned it was already paid online, so there was no need—I was good to go and could use the facility until my time for the Hamam. I showed up 10 minutes early at the spot where they asked me to come, and the therapist showed up too—but said I wasn’t in the system. Then another person came, then another, until four people were surrounding me trying to figure out why I wasn’t in the system. What should have been a relaxing experience turned into an exhausting. I sat there in my bathrobe for about 15 minutes answering questions, feeling uncomfortable while having to explain over and over that I had a reservation and showing my email receipt. Even the receptionist came and said, “Yes, I remember you with your credit card and Signing disc disclosure! On top of that, there were other issues. Super weirdly if you get a massage or bath, they ask you to put a woman style underwear, thin mash for men to wear, which I found unacceptable. Meanwhile, as I was thinking about this, I saw a maintenance guy pushing a big cart with a ladder and paint supplies in the sauna area and started to paint with his equipment where it’s supposed to be quiet and peaceful and no a construction zone with oil base paint smell, that alone may be small but tells you this guys are not premium spa that they like to portend by using fancy name and fancy door! Overall, I think this is at best a less than average place. Don’t come here expecting a five-star experience just because you’re paying five-star prices. See the pictures for yourself. I left.
Complete peace of mind, body, and soul. Sauna +80 and above... Snow room... And much more... A very large area. Time spent there is unlimited. A place you'll want to return to!!
I had a great experience today. Phyu was extremely helpful and provided excellent assistance throughout my visit. The staff inside were also very helpful, and the therapist was very friendly and did a great job
I had an amazing experience at Talise Ottoman Spa. Everything was beautifully arranged, and the bridal setup made the experience extra special. This was honestly the first time I truly enjoyed a spa experience — I felt completely relaxed from start to finish. A special thank you to EKA for the Turkish hammam and massage. She was incredibly professional, calming, and truly talented. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended ❤️✨
I visited the Talise Ottoman Spa for a spa day, and while the place itself is very clean and beautifully designed, I unfortunately didn’t have the experience I was hoping for. Several of the key facilities were not working during my visit. The steam room was out of service, the wet sauna wasn’t functioning, the adventure shower head was not working, and even the jacuzzi was not functioning. Considering the high expectations and price point, it was quite disappointing to find so many amenities out of order. The environment is lovely, but I really hope they address these maintenance issues soon so guests can enjoy the full experience the spa is known for.
